The Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) has entered into a multi-year partnership with sports and live entertainment giant AEG. The three-year collaboration will see the two companies work together to host and promote esports events across major cities in Asia, as well as facilitate talent exchange programs for esports players. The partnership will also focus on areas such as sponsorships, ticketing platforms, hospitality management, and technology applications.
AEG, based in Los Angeles, California, is a prominent player in the sports and live entertainment industry, known for managing events for major sports franchises like the LA Kings (NHL) and Eisbären Berlin (hockey). The company owns and operates some of the world's top sports and entertainment venues, including The O2 in London, the Crypto.com Arena (formerly Staples Center) in Los Angeles, and the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin.

AEG has also made significant moves in the esports sector. In 2016, the company formed a partnership with ESL, now part of ESL FACEIT Group, and in 2017, it invested in the North American esports organization Immortals. In addition to its event management activities, AEG is also heavily involved in sales, strategic partnerships, and providing ticketing solutions in the sports and entertainment industries.
