GAMURS Group, a esports and gaming media network, has appointed Carlos Alimurung as its new President. Alimurung will work alongside CEO Riad Chikhani to guide the company through a phase of growth and expansion in the gaming and esports industries.
Alimurung previously served as CEO of ONE Esports and held roles as Chief Business Officer at Battlefy and Head of Home Entertainment Strategy at LG Electronics.
GAMURS Group, founded in 2014, owns brands like Dot Esports, Twinfinite, and Upcomer. The company acquired Upcomer in 2022 following a $12M Series A funding round.
