Brazil’s esports scene is getting a major shake-up as Fluxo and W7M join forces to create a new organisation named Fluxo W7M. The two groups say the merger will help them become stronger in competition and better connected to fans.
The new organisation plans to compete in several titles, including League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege X, Free Fire, EAFC, and Kings League through Fluxo FC. Even though the merger is big news, it may not surprise many fans. Fluxo and W7M have worked together before, such as running a League of Legends team side by side for more than a year. Earlier in 2025, W7M also bought Fluxo’s R6 Share 2025 spot.
W7M CEO Felipe Funari said the move is meant to make the group stronger and more prepared for the future. “This merger is not just about bringing operations together — it is about creating a stronger organisation, better prepared and with a greater ability to generate value for partners, athletes and fans,” Funari explained. He added that they hope this combination will help raise the level of esports in Brazil. “We are uniting structure and community, performance and management, with the goal of elevating Brazilian esports to a new level of excellence.”
Fluxo shared that the merger fits with its long-term plan to grow by building a solid and active community. The teams believe that joining players, coaches, and staff from both organisations will give them a stronger base across all the games they compete in. They also expect well-known players to help keep the community engaged and growing.
The group also hopes the merger will lead to more business opportunities. Fluxo W7M said the combined organisation will offer more exposure for partners and allow them to work on larger projects because they now have a bigger lineup and more resources.
