Tencent backed Global Esports Federation, revealed the launch of Europe Esports Development Federation. According to press release, EEDF aims to promote "sustainable growth and development of esports communities worldwide. "President of the Europe Esports Development Federation, Andrzej Kraśnicki, stated “The establishment of the Europe Esports Development Federation marks a significant step forward for European esports. By developing national federations, organizations, and stakeholders, we aim to cultivate an environment that nurtures talent, promotes inclusivity, and drives the sustainable growth of esports throughout Europe.”
