KRÜ Esports, owned by former footballer Sergio ‘Kun’ Agüero, has launched a padel team to compete in the Hexagon Cup, a tournament featuring celebrity-led teams. Other team leaders include tennis stars Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray, Polish footballer Robert Lewandowski, and actress Eva Longoria.
The tournament adopts a structure similar to the successful Kings League, a seven-a-side football league with teams led by figures like Ibai Llanos, Iker Casillas, and Agüero himself.
