Motorsport Games Employees Won Lawsuit

Motorsport Games faced with several unpaid wages lawsuits from employees. The new reports state that two of the former employees won their lawsuit against the company. The company recently reported $8.2m loss and stated "Based on this cash and cash equivalents position, and the company's average cash burn, the company does not believe it has sufficient cash on hand to fund its operations for the remainder of the fiscal year 2023, and that additional funding will be required in order to continue operations."
