Modern Times Group has revealed its acquisition of AutoAttack Games through its wholly-owned studio, Ninja Kiwi. Founded in 2014 by director Brent Batas, AutoAttack Game Julian Gari as president in 2016. The financial details of the deal were not revealed
Brent Batas, Founder and CEO of AutoAttack Games stated “The more we got to know Ninja Kiwi, the more it became clear that we shared a passion not only for crafting awesome games, but also for investing in and supporting our communities for the long haul. Combined with Ninja Kiwi's industry-leading presence in the Tower Defense space, we couldn't imagine a better group of people to partner with. We are excited for a bright future as part of the Ninja Kiwi team, as we join forces to continue making games we love and sharing them with the world!”
