Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the acquisition of Audeze. The financial details of the deal were not revealed. Audeze will continue as an independent brand for the foreseeable future. "Audeze is a premier brand for headphones, and this acquisition highlights Sony Interactive's focus on innovation and providing the best audio experience to PlayStation players," stated SIE senior vice president of platform experience Hideaki Nishino.
