The program is divided into three key areas, as outlined by CSMG. The first, Program 365 Build, focuses on the fundamental elements of constructing, financing, marketing, and launching a collegiate esports program. The second area, Esports Development, addresses staffing, financial planning, event and content programming, and curriculum development.

The final component, Commercialization Strategies, emphasizes the significance of branding, sponsors, and partnerships in the esports industry. By providing guidance in these areas, ACE Program equips colleges with the necessary knowledge and tools to navigate the esports landscape effectively.
