This Winter 2025 season marked the 15th iteration of the tournament, and it was the first time a team from the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC)—the EMEA Regional League covering the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Malta—took the crown.

Los Ratones had already claimed the NLC Winter 2025 title in Nottingham earlier this month, and their impressive EMEA Masters journey began in Group D.
