GameSquare is the parent company of Complexity Gaming and marketing agency Code Red. Following the news Richard "FaZe Banks" Bengtson was named asthe  CEO of FaZe Clan and Thomas "FaZe Temperrr" Oliveira as the President of FaZe Clan.
