| content | Text | | Overwatch 2 has announced a new collaboration with K-pop group LE SSERAFIM, set to launch brand-new skins and cosmetics next month.
This marks the second partnership between LE SSERAFIM and Overwatch 2. The first collaboration in November 2023 featured the release of the song ‘Perfect Nights’, which promoted the game’s skins and challenges. Since its debut, the song has amassed over 110 million views on YouTube and over 400 million streams on Spotify.
The new collaboration will include a fresh lineup of limited-edition skins and challenges for players to engage with. LE SSERAFIM's return to Overwatch 2 follows a trend of esports and gaming companies tapping into the K-pop industry, with previous collaborations from Blackpink with PUBG Mobile in 2022 and New Jeans, KISS OF LIFE, and THE BOYZ in other esports projects.
Alongside the collaboration, Overwatch 2 Spotlight revealed Perks gameplay, a new feature offering hero-specific bonuses that will add an extra layer of strategy to both casual and competitive matches. |
