The long-rumored Battle Royale mode for Battlefield 6 has been thrust back into the spotlight following a significant leak from a trusted source. Notorious dataminer Temporyal has shared what appears to be a comprehensive mockup of the full map, reportedly named Lyndon Beach, revealing the layout and details of the upcoming free-to-play mode.

While Electronic Arts have yet to officially confirm the existence of the Battle Royale, this new leak adds weight to months of speculation about the game's expansion into large-scale, last-squad-standing gameplay.

Major and Minor Points of Interest Revealed According to the leak, the Battlefield 6 Battle Royale map will include nine primary Points of Interest (POIs) and an additional 27 smaller locations, totaling 36 areas across the battlefield.

Primary POIs include:

Marina

Lighthouse

Main Street North

Main Street South

Gold Resort

The Valley

South Coast

Fort Lyndon

The Docks

The additional, smaller POIs are: Angel Beach, Chemical Storage, Costa Del Sur, Crash Site, Inspiration Point, Jewel Beach, Military RnD, Military RnD Underground, Military Spill Off North, Military Storage, New Housing Development, Ocean Park, Oil Pumps, Radar Comms, Rift, Sabotage Site, Security Checkpoint, Tech Campus, Tech RnD, The Pier, The Bluffs, The Promenade, The Seal, Upper Silo, Upper River, Vista Del Mar, and Water Treatment.

Temporyal’s leaked mockup provides players with the clearest look yet at the diverse geography and strategic zones that will likely define gameplay when the mode eventually launches.

Launch Timing Still Unclear — But Likely in 2026

As for when players will be able to drop into Battlefield 6’s Battle Royale, the timeline remains unofficial, though some insights are beginning to surface.

Well-known creator and leaker RivaLxfactor recently shared an update via X (formerly Twitter), claiming, “Battlefield 6’s battle royale mode will not only be free to play but won’t come out till months after the base game.” He added a note of caution, saying that plans remain fluid and are “subject to change between now and then.”
