Blizzard Entertainment may be preparing a full reveal for World of Warcraft: Midnight, but a recent leak has reportedly spilled some of the expansion’s most significant details ahead of schedule — including its release date and the contents of its Collector’s Edition.
According to a new report by well-known leaker billbil-kun, published via Dealabs, Midnight is set to launch on February 26, 2026. While it's currently unclear whether that date refers to the standard release or an early access window for Epic Edition purchasers, the timing aligns with Blizzard’s previously stated goal of releasing new expansions every 18 months. This would place Midnight exactly a year and a half after the release of The War Within, the first expansion in the Worldsoul Saga.
In addition to the release window, the leak also outlines a physical Collector’s Edition for Midnight, continuing a long-standing World of Warcraft tradition. Based on a machine-translated version of the report, the package will include several themed items:

According to leaks, the European price is reportedly set at €139.99, which roughly converts to $164 USD, although Blizzard did not reveal the pricing yet.
