United StatesUnited StatesMatthew Haag (born August 3, 1992), known professionally as Nadeshot (formerly stylized as NaDeSHoT), is an American content creator, former professional Call of Duty player, and the founder, co-owner, and CEO of 100 Thieves, a lifestyle and esports organization. He rose to prominence as a key figure in competitive Call of Duty and has since become one of the most influential personalities in gaming and esports.
Esports Career
Nadeshot began his professional career in Call of Duty, eventually becoming the team captain for OpTic Gaming during the Call of Duty: Ghosts (2014) and Advanced Warfare (2014–2015) seasons. He was known for his role as an objective support player and his leadership both in-game and out.

In 2017, Haag founded 100 Thieves, which quickly evolved from an apparel-driven brand into a major esports organization competing in games like League of Legends, Valorant, and Call of Duty. Under his leadership, 100 Thieves has become a powerhouse in both competitive gaming and gaming lifestyle content, known for its high-profile investors and collaborations.
