Nicklas Bendtner, former Arsenal and Denmark striker, has acquired a majority stake in Legendary Arena, New Breed Agency, Team Singularity, and another esports entity through his company, Legendary Gaming Group ApS. This move underscores his deep commitment to esports, where he will actively oversee operations and contribute to daily management across all organizations.

Famed during his football career at Arsenal as 'Lord Bendtner', Nicklas Bendtner has long been passionate about esports, even competing for Team Denmark at the BLAST Premier Fall showmatch in 2022. In 2022, he founded Prosapia Esports, although the team has been inactive since 2023.

The investment initiative, developed since early 2024 by Bendtner and his team, aims to secure seed capital to support their ambitious plans over the next three years. This marks a significant step in Bendtner's venture into the esports industry, leveraging his sports experience and passion for gaming.

“I am really pleased with the team we have assembled at Legendary and look forward to being part of something bigger in an industry I am fascinated by,” he stated.
