Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov has departed from Monte, as announced by the Ukrainian organization. This leaves Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko as the sole Ukrainian player on the roster, alongside four Polish players and Piotr "nawrot" Nawrocki, a former 9INE coach, now serving as an assistant. The team, which communicates primarily in English while DemQQ learns Polish, narrowly missed securing a Shanghai RMR berth after losses to B8, ECLOT, and KOI. Bezhanov, a veteran coach with previous experience at MOUZ and HellRaisers before the pandemic, had been Monte's head coach since January 2023.

Serhij "lmbt" Bezhanov began his professional career in esports as a manager for Virtus.pro in 2013. He moved to Astana Dragons in the same role later that year, where he stayed until late 2013. In 2014, Bezhanov took on the role of manager for HellRaisers, a position he held until mid-2015, when he transitioned to the role of coach within the same organization. His tenure as HellRaisers' coach lasted until mid-2016, when he briefly joined Selectah before returning to coaching at mousesports in September 2016. His time with mousesports lasted until February 2019, including a brief period as an inactive coach. Following this, he rejoined HellRaisers as a coach from March to September 2019, with another short stint as an inactive coach. Bezhanov then moved to AVANGAR, initially as a coach for the Q team in January 2020 and later for the main roster until March 2020. He continued his coaching career with forZe from April to October 2020, first as an assistant coach and then as the head coach. After a brief hiatus, Bezhanov returned to coaching in May 2021 with GORILLAZ, a role he held until August 2022. He then moved to TITANS as a coach, a position he occupied from August 2022 until December 2022, with a brief period as an inactive coach. Most recently, Bezhanov has been serving as a coach for Monte since January 2023.
