Reichert reflected on his time with GIANTX and Excel Esports: “It’s been over three years since I joined the British organization Excel Esports. I still remember how important it felt for me to step out of Germany, challenge myself in a new cultural context, and, most importantly, learn about investment and business in a different environment. Looking back, I can confidently say it was one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made in my career. One of the key reasons I took on this job was the strong feeling I had from the very first minute that partnering with JRJ Group would be a fantastic experience and my initial feeling proved true, leading to a partnership built on growth, trust, and respect.”
