Red Bull joins Partners with Tetris

Red Bull has teamed up with The Tetris Company to launch a global Tetris tournament, open to players aged 18 and over. Described as “the ultimate Tetris tournament”, the event introduces new gameplay mechanics and special power-ups to challenge participants in fresh ways.

UK qualifiers are now open, with the National Finals set between September 1st and October 31st, 2025. Winners will advance to the Global Final, taking place December 13th–15th at the Dubai Frame—the world’s largest picture frame. The final match will feature over 2,000 drones, forming a live visual display of Tetris gameplay inside the structure.

“Tetris has been bringing people together for more than 40 years,” said Maya Rogers, CEO of The Tetris Company. “Partnering with Red Bull to launch a global competition is an exciting next chapter.”

Red Bull continues to grow its presence in gaming, having previously hosted events for Apex Legends, Street Fighter, VALORANT, and more.
