The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) has placed an interim suspension on Team SENZA—also known as “Rosy” prior to its acquisition—along with its current players, coaches, and staff. The decision, announced this week, restricts the team from participating in all ESIC Member Events and any tournaments aligned with ESIC’s Integrity Program.
The suspension comes amid an active investigation into possible violations of both ESIC’s Anti-Corruption Code and its Code of Conduct. The inquiry focuses on multiple serious allegations, including the suspected use of prohibited external information during official matches, potential betting-related misconduct involving games featuring the team, and reports of account-sharing and identity discrepancies.
According to ESIC, the action is precautionary and not a declaration of guilt. The interim ban will remain in place while the investigation is ongoing or until it is either lifted or modified by the commission.
In detailing its process, ESIC confirmed that formal notices have been sent to Team SENZA, requesting documentation and responses related to the investigation. The team and its personnel are barred from competition under the ESIC umbrella for the duration of the suspension.
All tournament organizers who are ESIC members—or who adhere to its Integrity Program—are expected to enforce the suspension and exclude the listed individuals from participation.
Team SENZA and those affected will have a set timeframe to comply with ESIC’s information requests. Once this response window closes, ESIC will evaluate all gathered evidence and testimony before reaching a conclusion.
