SideQuest, a well-known gaming café chain in the UK, has announced that it will permanently close three of its locations at the end of November. The affected venues are in Elephant Park, Coventry, and Canterbury. The news was shared in an Instagram post on November 25.

These cafés were popular spots where gamers could join esports events and where teams could practice for major competitions. The Canterbury location is closing only a year after the SideQuest Hub opened there. That venue featured 40 PC stations, game consoles, and even racing simulators for visitors to enjoy.

In its announcement, SideQuest thanked its community for years of support. “These venues were never just gaming spaces. They were meeting points and memory makers,” the company said. “We’ve been privileged to watch strangers become regulars and regulars become friends. Thank you for the incredible energy, the unwavering support, the late nights spent with us, and the amazing tournaments we shared.”

Customers who have bookings at any of the three closing cafés are encouraged to reach out to SideQuest as soon as possible.
