Riot Games announced a new partnership with 1,000 Dreams Fund. The partnership aims to accelerate the careers of women in esports. "Cultivating diversity isn't just a choice; it's our obligation to the future of the esports industry," says Allyson Gormley, Global Operations Director of Riot Games' Broadcast Centres. "I am excited for our partnership with 1000 Dreams Fund and for the launch of our new cadetship program, where we hope to cultivate new talent that grow into roles within the esports broadcast production industry."
