Singaporean Virtuos Studios announced its decision to shut down co-development studio Calypte. The studio opened last year and was located in the Bay Area. Calypte was led by Kirsten Kennedy.

A spokesperson stated "Navigating the dynamic business environment requires different approaches while making corresponding adjustments, and this difficult decision was made on the basis of the business performance of Calypte."
