Hungarian animation studio Digic will lay off 35 members of its staff. The studio had 325 employees before the lay offs. Digic is owned by Embracer Group. Embracer Group recently revealed a restructuring programme. A spokesperson stated "Digic would like to continue to employ some of the relevant colleagues on a fixed-term contract or on a project basis as freelance subcontractors, thus increasing the flexibility of the company's operation and the proportion of freelance experts."
