ESL FACEIT Group Partners with KICK

ESL FACEIT Group and KICK, have announced a new one-year partnership. According to the release, KICK will have in-person activities at the four DreamHack festivals aiming to enhance interaction between the platform and its creators. Streamers from KICK will participate in panel sessions and meet-and-greets with fans at DreamHack. The activations will kick off with the DreamHack Melbourne.
The partnership will cover the following DreamHack events,
- Melbourne (26-28 April)
- Dallas (31 May-2 June)
- Atlanta (4-6 October)
- Stockholm (22-24 November)
Akhil Sarin KICK Chief Marketing Officer stated "Kick is a creator-first platform, making it natural for us to team up with the DreamHack experience in four major cities worldwide. The Kick team thanks ESL/EFG for recognizing us as a brand that strives to lead the live-streaming industry. Together, in 2024, DreamHack and Kick will create unforgettable IRL experiences that will last a lifetime.”
The release stated that this will be a first for KICK, since they have never offered in-person activations. KICK is recently making the headlines in the esports industry as well. The company partnered with tournament organizer PGL recently, even though it is not an exclusive deal it was a first for KICK. The company also signed big names such as the infamous streamer "NICKMERCS".
