Echo Chunk, a developer specializing in AI-powered games, has secured $1.4 million in a pre-seed funding round. The funding will primarily support the development of its debut title, Echo Chess, and other projects leveraging its technology.
Key investors in this round include a16z Speedrun, Mark Pincus (founder of Zynga), Stef Corazza (AI head at Roblox Corp), and Sami Ramly, founder of Echo Chunk, expressed gratitude to the investors, noting their appreciation for the role of AI in future co-creation processes.
Additional investors in the funding round include Eric Wu (CEO of Opendoor), Ajinkya Apte (CEO of Snapser), Patrick Wyatt (co-founder of ArenaNet), Albert Lai (co-founder of Kontagent), AI researcher Joon Park, angel investor David King, and supporters from South Park Commons and Founders You Should Know.
