Gamerji Expands to SEA Region

Gamerji has revealed its move into the Southeast Asian market, aiming to capitalize on the burgeoning esports landscape in the region. The company has kicked off its venture by introducing its platform in Indonesia and the Philippines, offering access to eight gaming titles. Titles include PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Valorant, Clash Royale, CS:GO, Rocket League, and FIFA/EA FC.

With a total funding of $4.7m, Gamerji secured its most recent investment through a $3m Pre Series A round in late 2022. Notable investors in the company include Stadia Ventures, GVFL, and Unicorn India Ventures.
Soham Thacker stated "As esports continues its exponential growth, gaining recognition globally from esteemed Olympic councils to governments, educational institutions, brands, and industries, Gamerji is committed to enhancing its presence in SEA markets which has been witnessing the soaring popularity of esports. Our aim is to offer a comprehensive experience, where gamers can sharpen their skills through daily tournaments and enjoy a safe, fair, and exhilarating gaming environment, with rewards awaiting them,”
