According to recent news, IGN employees chose to form a union. The reports state that Over 80 IGN employees are for unionization, as the recently established IGN Creators Guild.

Aligned with the NewsGuild-CWA, this group anticipates voluntary recognition from IGN's parent company, Ziff-Davis, akin to the precedent set when workers at Mashable and PCMag formed the Ziff Davis Creators Guild in 2018.
