IGN Creators Guild Union Recognized

⁤Ziff-Davis, the parent company of IGN, has voluntarily acknowledged the newly formed IGN Creators Guild, as announced by the union on X, following their unionization announcement on February 6. ⁤

⁤In a statement, the union expressed gratitude for the support received from peers and readers, stating that they are still finalizing the union's composition but are pleased with IGN's recognition. ⁤

⁤The IGN Creators Guild comprises over 80 IGN employees, with more than 87% of them having signed union authorization cards. ⁤⁤This move follows Ziff-Davis's previous recognition of workers at Mashable and PCMag, who formed the Ziff Davis Creators Guild in 2018. ⁤
