According to recent news, Runescape developer Jagex will be acquired by CVC Capital Partners. The reports state that the Luxembourg based firm will pay $900m for the acquisition. The company previously owned F1 and currently owns Six Nations Rugby Tournament. Carlyle initially thought to go for an IPO however the idea did not happen.
