The protesters were subsequently arrested on suspicion of Criminal Damage by the Metropolitan Police.

Just Stop Oil's reasoning lies in their belief that EGX, a prominent event in the UK gaming calendar, is sponsored by Barclays Bank. The group asserts that Barclays is accountable for funding "around $167 billion in fossil fuels." They also delve into criticizing Shell's sponsorship deal with Fortnite and various influencers.
