Marcus Teilman, CEO of Fragbite Group, has announced his resignation from the company. The Board of Directors has accepted his decision and appointed Stefan Tengvall, the current Chairman, as the interim CEO. Tengvall will step down as Chairman but remain a board member, with Sten Wranne assuming the role of Chairman.

The company announced that Marcus Teilman will depart to "pursue new challenges." Stefan Tengvall, the Chairman of the group's board of directors, will assume the role of interim CEO. Tengvall will resign as chairman, with current board member Sten Wranne taking over the position.
Fragbite Group stated "Further examining the costs of the group and our portfolio companies as well as identifying opportunities for restructuring, thereby enabling increased capital for our profitable underlying core holdings, will be my main focus in the coming period. I look forward to the task as it is something I have done previously in my career. We have a fantastic group that can become even better."
