German Phoenix Games, has revealed its acquisition of Sad Panda Studios, a Canadian game development company. The financial details of this acquisition remain undisclosed.
Sad Panda Studios, founded in 2016 by Morgan Long and her two closest companions, is renowned dating sims.Their inaugural game, Crush Crush, has garnered 10 million downloads across various platforms, including Steam, the web, mobile, and Nintendo Switch. Phoenix CEO Klaas Kersting stated "Their games are full of energy, passion and experience. We see great potential in uplifting their titles and look forward to supporting the incredibly talented team with our proprietary Uplift Platform as well as operational knowhow."
