Warren Lincoln stated "Those that/were all associated with hashtag#P1Events would of continued to strive for greatness as that was the whole bedrock ethos of the show, therefore, you are all excellent IMHO. I accept that the landscape of gaming events is/has changed, but it doesn't make it any easier to stomach when poor decisions result in mass significant impacts in an industry which is already haemorrhaging job roles."
The fate of the Insomnia Gaming Festival hangs in uncertainty, with no clear direction forward. A public statement from Supernova is expected, shedding light on the situation. Despite this uncertainty, RuneFest 2024 and a SuperDome esports event will still be on. However, RuneFest recently announced a delay in the sale of tickets, citing 'unforeseen circumstances.'
