BLAST, the international tournament organizer behind RLCS, confirmed on January 14, 2026, that Progressive Insurance is renewing its partnership and staying on as the official presenting sponsor for the entire 2026 season. Progressive, known as the second-largest personal auto insurer in the United States, first jumped into the Rocket League scene back in 2024 when it sponsored the RLCS World Championship. It then signed a full-season deal starting in April 2025, which included an option to extend. Clearly impressed with the results, the company exercised that option and is now committing to an expanded collaboration. Financial details of the renewed agreement weren't shared publicly.

James Brown, Commercial Director at BLAST, expressed enthusiasm about the continued relationship. “Progressive has become an important and valued sponsor within RLCS, and we’re delighted to be extending our collaboration into 2026,” he said. “Their continued investment, commitment to fan engagement, and willingness to innovate across broadcast, social and live events has made this a standout experience. We look forward to building on the success of last season and delivering even more for the Rocket League community throughout the year ahead.”Under the updated partnership, Progressive will ramp up its visibility in several ways. Expect more broadcast integrations like additional on-screen graphics, enhanced in-game moments, and a bigger footprint across the global English-language broadcasts.

The deal also opens the door for deeper social media tie-ins, including co-branded content, creator-driven pieces, and storytelling that spotlights the wider Rocket League community. BLAST highlighted plans for new in-arena activations and stronger community-focused initiatives throughout the 2026 campaign, aiming to make the sponsorship feel more immersive for fans both online and at live events.
