Team Flash announced a new partnership with Hai Phong FC. Parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Mark Chew, CEO of Team Flash, stated “This partnership with Hai Phong marks an exciting milestone for Team Flash as we work with an established football organisation of their stature." Team Flash will work with Hai Phong to field a FIFA Online 4 roster.
