Team Vitality has received over $700,000 through revenue-sharing systems run by ESL and BLAST, two major tournament organisers in Counter-Strike 2. These programmes reward organisations that regularly take part in their events, adding an extra stream of income on top of prize winnings.

Both ESL and BLAST offer financial bonuses based on team participation and performance. ESL looks at how often a team appears in its ESL Pro Tour events and measures viewership numbers to determine how much each organisation earns. BLAST uses a token system that rewards teams for attending several events and advancing deep into tournaments.

ESL launched its Annual Club Incentive in late 2024. The programme gives organisations a share of a $2.95m pool each year, depending on how many events they compete in and how many viewership points they collect. Sixteen teams received money from this pool, with Team Falcons finishing at the top thanks to seven event appearances and strong viewership numbers. Team Vitality placed fifth overall after competing in seven events and earning 336 viewership points. This resulted in a payout of $262,500. ESL plans to distribute the 2025 payments during the first quarter of 2026, and the standings will reset when the next season begins at IEM Kraków 2026.

BLAST also runs its own system called the Frequent Flyers Programme. Teams gather tokens by attending multiple BLAST tournaments and performing well. These tokens are then used to divide a yearly $2m prize pool. In 2025, Team Vitality collected 12 tokens, the highest total among all participants, and earned $461,538 through the programme. When combined with its ESL payout, the organisation brought in $724,038 across both systems.

Team Spirit followed behind with 11 tokens and a strong payout of its own. Not all major teams were included in BLAST's revenue share, however. Groups like Team Falcons and The MongolZ did not meet the token requirements for the programme and therefore did not receive money from the BLAST pot.
