Tribe Gaming Partners with Full Sail University

Full Sail University, has teamed up with Tribe Gaming, a leading North American esports organization, to create a new internship pathway aimed at bridging the gap between education and real-world esports jobs.
Tribe Gaming, based in Texas, has built a strong reputation as one of the top mobile-focused esports groups in the Western market. The organization specializes in competitive mobile esports.
Through the initiative, Full Sail students and recent graduates gain hands-on experience in key areas like broadcast production, content development, talent management, and general esports operations. Tribe offers paid internships, with some positions potentially leading to full-time roles for those who perform well and show strong potential.
Three Full Sail alumni have landed positions at Tribe Gaming so far. Two come from the university's Game Business and Esports degree track, while the third graduated from the Film program. These early hires include roles in broadcast coordination, content creation, and talent/esports support.
Angie Duplis, Industry Outreach Representative at Full Sail University, expressed her enthusiasm about the collaboration. “I’m really excited to have a professional esports company hiring our esports grads,” she said. “I am honoured to continue building this relationship and look forward to creating more engagement opportunities with Tribe Gaming.”Full Sail has long been active in the esports scene. The university's Armada collegiate esports program competes in titles like Call of Duty, League of Legends, and Rocket League. Past partnerships include work with EA Sports and DreamHack, where Full Sail has contributed to educational sessions, event production, and other industry initiatives.
