Peeping was benched Tuesday after posting a 0.74 rating at PGL Bucharest. The rest of Wildcards had performed well enough at the event to generate real optimism about the team's direction. A single player dragging that down made the decision easier than it might otherwise have been.

What Cxzi Brings

The 25-year-old spent just over six months at Marsborne, averaging a 1.12 rating against North and South American opposition. That competition tier matters as context. Wildcard operate at a higher level, and Cxzi hasn't been tested consistently against European and international Tier 1 teams in the way his new roster has been.

But a 1.12 rating is a 1.12 rating. He was performing. Marsborne's roster overhaul last week wasn't a performance-based benching on his end, it was a structural change that swept up multiple players. That's a different kind of available than being dropped for poor results.

Wildcard's active roster is now mhL, reck, HexT, nEMANHA, and Cxzi, with Peeping on the bench.
