Zephyr Mobile Acquired by Tripledot

Tripledot Studios, a casual mobile games company, has acquired Zephyr Mobile, the developer behind Get Color. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
Founded in 2016 by Serge Morozov with investment from Alexander Skalaban of Skalaban Capital, Zephyr Mobile is renowned for popular titles like Get Colour, Hey Colour, and Math Crossword, collectively reaching over 100 million players. The company, headquartered in Warsaw with additional offices across Eastern Europe, currently employs 55 personnel.
CEO Serge Morozov will continue to lead Zephyr Mobile’s daily operations following the acquisition, though specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Tripledot Studios, known for games such as Woodoku, Solitaire, and Triple Tile, recently raised over $116m at a valuation of $1.4b during its Series B funding round in 2022.
Zephyr Mobile CEO Serge Morozov stated "I have always viewed Tripledot as the best operators in the business. When the chance presented itself to partner with them, I couldn't turn it down. We are so excited to see how Tripledot can help us reach our full potential, and help create many other everlasting franchises."
