Arman "Malady" Orazbayev (born October 23, 2000) is a Kazakhstani Dota 2 support player currently playing for Team Yandex.^[1]

Career

Early career and HellRaisers (2021–2022)

Orazbayev began competing small teams in 2019 before joining more established teams, including HellRaisers and Natus Vincere.^[2] He said he chose HellRaisers over AS Monaco Gambit on the recommendation of Alimzhan "watson" Islambekov, the two having what he described as strong on-lane chemistry.^[3] At HellRaisers he was nicknamed "Boss" by the team.^[4] HellRaisers finished fourth in the DPC EEU WinteR Tour of the 2022 season and third in the subsequent Regional Finals shortly before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, after which the organization suspended operations and the roster dispersed.^[5]

HellRaisers failed to qualify for The International 2022, Orazbayev told watson at the airport that he did not want to continue playing together, saying at the time he felt watson was not playing well enough and that stronger carries were available; he later said he had been "blind" and came to regret the decision.^[6]

Natus Vincere (2022–2024)

Orazbayev joined Natus Vincere in December 2022 as watson joined Entity.^[7] At the time of his signing, Natus Vincere noted that he had previously played for HellRaisers and V-Gaming, had taken first place in the second division of the DPC EEU 2021/2022 season with HellRaisers, had won the European Pro League Season 4, and was ranked first on the European MMR leaderboard.^[8]

Gaimin Gladiators (2025)

Orazbayev joined Gaimin Gladiators in early 2025 as a replacement for Seleri, reuniting him with watson, who had joined the team in the autumn of 2024.^[9] He said watson's endorsement was the main reason he joined.^[10] The season marked his best individual results to that point, though Gaimin Gladiators did not win a trophy; the team earned a direct invite to The International 2025 but withdrew from the event amid internal conflict, a decision that also cost Orazbayev and watson their places in the tournament.^[11]

Team Yandex (2025–present)

Orazbayev and watson joined Team Yandex's roster together in late 2025.^[12] The team went on to win BLAST Slam VII in June 2026, defeating LGD Gaming 3–1 in the grand final.^[13] At the Esports World Cup 2026, Yandex lost to PARIVISION 1–2 in the semifinals before defeating Vici Gaming in the third-place decider.^[14]

Orazbayev made his debut at The International at the 2026 edition, where Yandex entered the group stage with a low seed before recovering through the lower bracket, eliminating Team Liquid and Nigma Galaxy, and ultimately finishing third after a 1–2 loss to Team Spirit in the lower bracket final.^[15]
