|content=Casey Hudson, former general manager of BioWare and director of the beloved Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR), is leading a new game studio called Arcanaut Studios to develop a new Star Wars title, Fate of the Old Republic. The Canadian studio, founded in July 2025, aims to deliver an ambitious new chapter in the Star Wars universe.

Hudson, who has a deep legacy in the Star Wars franchise, is joined by a skilled team including Chris Bain as CFO, Cordy Rierson as COO, and Ryan Hoyle as CTO.
