As part of this integration, around 155 roles (approximately 12 percent of Bungie’s workforce) will transition to PlayStation over the coming quarters. Furthermore, 40 positions will be "spun off" into a new PlayStation studio tasked with developing one of Bungie's "incubation projects."

Amid these developments, Parsons has faced criticism, including calls for his resignation, particularly following reports of his personal spending.
