|content=Nodwin Gaming, the India based parent company of Freaks 4U Gaming, announced that it has fully written off its investment in the German esports agency. In a press release, the company said that management saw no chance for a turnaround, so no more funding will be provided.

According to documents dated November 27, 2025, Freaks 4U Gaming filed for insolvency shortly before the weekend. So far, there are no public statements about the exact causes of the insolvency or whether the company hopes to continue operating in any form.
