content | Text | | Esports holding company [[Companies/NIP Group|NIP Group]] (NIP) has announced a multi-year partnership with ADIO Holdings Restricted Limited (ADIO), a company established by the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, a sovereign wealth fund.
Under the agreement, ADIO will provide NIP with up to $40 million over four years, contingent on meeting certain conditions, including performance milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue targets. As part of the deal, NIP will establish its global headquarters in Abu Dhabi, aiming to expand its footprint in the MENA region and beyond.
