Sébastien ‘Ceb’ Debs, co-founder of OG Esports and longtime Dota 2 veteran, has announced his departure from the organisation’s Dota 2 division to take on a new role focused on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB).

Ceb has been named Technical Director of SRG.OG, a collaborative MLBB team formed between OG and Malaysian esports organisation Selangor Red Giants (SRG). This marks a significant shift in his esports career as he transitions from player and coach in Dota 2 to a leadership position in mobile esports.

Ceb, who initially competed under the alias 7ckngMad, began his professional journey in 2011 with Team Shakira before joining OG as a coach in 2016. After Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fomynok’s exit in 2018, Ceb stepped in as a stand-in player and eventually secured the offlane role full-time. He gained global recognition alongside OG Founder Johan ‘N0tail’ Sundstein by becoming one of the first players to win The International twice consecutively, with victories in 2018 and 2019.

Although Ceb officially retired from active competition in 2021, he continued to support OG’s roster as a stand-in player, participating in tournaments throughout 2024 and into early 2025. His most recent appearance was at the PGL Wallachia Season 3 event in March, where OG was eliminated during the Group Stage.
