Brawlhalla, the popular free-to-play platform fighter, has officially announced a new partnership with tournament platform Challengermode, making it the central hub for all Brawlhalla esports competitions throughout 2025.
The collaboration kicks off with a series of tournaments scheduled to run from April 12th to 13th. These events will mark the first time Brawlhalla competitions are hosted on Challengermode. Shortly after, the Spring Championship will take place on the platform, featuring both one-versus-one and two-versus-two formats.
Challengermode brings a suite of tools designed to simplify tournament operations for both publishers and players. Brawlhalla competitors will be able to sign up for events, check in ahead of matches, and receive live support during tournaments to resolve any issues that may arise.

This isn’t Challengermode’s first foray into high-profile esports. Between August 2024 and February 2025, the platform successfully hosted the Madden NFL 25 Championship. In October 2024, the company also secured £2 million in funding, part of a broader initiative to expand its services beyond traditional esports.
The new partnership aligns with Brawlhalla’s ambitious 2025 esports roadmap, which includes community tournaments, seasonal events, and a slate of new formats. Among the highlights are the return of Royale tournaments—ten-player invitational events featuring top talent from each global region—scheduled for April, August, and October.
