MOUZ has been crowned the champion of PGL Wallachia Season 6 after a thrilling 3-2 victory over Team Spirit in the Grand Final. The Dota 2 tournament, which took place from November 15 to 23, 2025, featured a $1 million prize pool, with MOUZ taking home the largest share.
The tournament, held in Bucharest, Romania, saw 16 teams compete, including some of the most well-known organizations in esports. MOUZ qualified for the event through the Western Europe Closed Qualifier and quickly proved themselves as a force to be reckoned with. Alongside MOUZ, other top teams like Team Liquid (Season 4 winners) and BetBoom Team (Season 5 champions) participated, raising the level of competition.
MOUZ’s journey in the tournament began with an explosive Group Stage performance, securing wins against teams such as NAVI, Xtreme Gaming, and Roar Gaming. However, the squad faced its first setback when Team Spirit handed them a loss, solidifying Team Spirit’s position as one of the tournament favorites.
Despite this loss, MOUZ advanced to the playoffs, where they initially struggled. They suffered another blow in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, losing 2-1 to PARAVISION. However, MOUZ’s resilience shone through as they fought their way through the Lower Bracket, eliminating tough competition like HEROIC, OG Esports, BetBoom Team, and Team Liquid to reach the Grand Final.
In a hard-fought best-of-five series, MOUZ overcame Team Spirit 3-2, securing the title and the lion’s share of the $1 million prize pool. Their victory marks a major achievement in the team’s history, especially considering their lower bracket run and the caliber of teams they defeated along the way.
