Team Liquid has launched MyBlue, a new fan engagement platform built on the Sui blockchain, in partnership with Mysten Labs. The collaboration, announced in February 2024, aims to enhance fan loyalty with exclusive digital rewards and collectibles. MyBlue allows fans to earn a customizable avatar of Team Liquid’s mascot, Blue, and personalize it with items earned by completing various quests.
These quests include watching esports matches, interacting with social media posts, chatting on Discord, submitting memes, answering quizzes, and more. The platform builds on Liquid+, Team Liquid’s previous fan initiative, offering fans a more interactive experience with low-cost, efficient transactions and fast performance thanks to the Sui blockchain’s capabilities.

Steve Arhancet, co-CEO of Team Liquid, in a statement stated "Thanks to our partnership with Mysten Labs, we’ve taken the best parts of Liquid+ and upgraded it by integrating Sui to make the ultimate fan platform. Fans show up for us, and MyBlue will enable us to keep showing up for them by offering amazing experiences and unique rewards. I can’t wait for all our fans to get their own Blue."
