Xsolla, a global video game commerce company, has announced the acquisition of LF.Group, a leader in digital gaming community solutions. According to release, this collaboration aims to change developer-audience interactions and transaction management across platforms. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
Xsolla stated that Xsolla Mall is the core focus for the collaboration, a commerce solution facilitating game content distribution through custom-branded influencer shops and direct-to-consumer stores. The initiative seeks to broaden its influencer network, enhance global distribution of virtual items and game keys, and elevate the overall creator and gamer experience through advanced technology integration.

Xsolla’s president, David Stelzer, stated “Investing in technology and providing innovative solutions that enhance the gaming experience for developers is central to our strategy. This acquisition will significantly enrich our capabilities by incorporating LF. Group’s technological strengths in our commerce framework.”
